PSG have a complete range of sheeting facilities. we can sheet all
types and thicknesses of materials. From postage stamp dimensions
to very large sheets. We can achieve tolerances of +/- 0.25mm. Achievable
sizes at this tolerance are limited to sheets up to 1500mm x 1650mm.
Larger sheets may be obtained, depending on type of material, up to
1524mm x 3500mm, where a tolerance is not so critical. All materials,
if required, can be interleaved with tissue and packed to specification.

Strip-Gluing
Capability:
PSG has invested yet further in an in-line strip-gluing
system to enhance its production capability in supplying sheets for
the design, graphic display and reprographic markets.
The system is transportable, based on a hot-melt adhesive extruder,
which can be mounted in-line on either sheeting or slitting/rewinding
machines. Adhesive coating weight and pattern can be altered to suit
individual applications and a process controlled encoder also allows
PSG to cut between adhesive strips for efficient sheeting.
The most common applications will involve edge lamination of polyester
films to a paper support for easy transporting through subsequent
printing or converting machines.
