| Guillotining |

We provide our customers with a paper/plastic guillotining service.
We can trim or cut most flexible and semi rigid materials to an accuracy
of ± 1mm.
Our guillotine can cut sheets of material 1500mm x 1500mm with a maximum
wad height of approx 100mm depending on the material to be cut.
Larger sheets may be obtained depending on type of material up to
1500 mm x 3500mm, where a tolerance is not so critical. |

Machinery
PSG invested in a Schneider Senator 155 SCV, which offers on thin
films a general tolerance of +/- 0.25mm. The Schenider offers the
an option where we are able to input sizes, tolernaces, notes, under
customer names. You will agree this is a superb feature for reducing
setup time for reapeat jobs, and narrows down any error in sizes.
