Cut Components are manufactured and supplied to any specification. Materials include Polymex® (colour coded to signify thickness) Paper, Polypropylene, Pvc, Plastic and Rubber etc. The materials used are too comprehensive to list and are suited to all applications within the engineering trade and many others. PSG can Die-Cut most non-metalic materials (see our materials list for more detail).

Tolerances:

Components are cut using either Forged, Banded, Swedish and Champan tools. We work to a general industrial tolerances, but the following can be achived, depending on what materials and tools are used:

Machinery:

PSG have various machines to suit all type of jobs, wheather they be small, midium or large. We are able to offer customers prototypes for small production runs at a very low cost, but still ensuring full quality and specifications are met.
